Product Update: Secure download of exported data

As part of our ongoing investment in better securing your data, we have made a change to the flow when exporting data from your account.


From now on, when you choose to export data from your account, for example: export your incidents to a file in CSV format, you will be notified via email message when the file is ready and will be required to login to your Samanage account in order to download the file.


The email will contain a link back to your Samanage account and after logging in the download will begin immediately. The link will be available for seven days from creation of export.
