Product Update: Attaching Changes and Incidents

We are pleased to announce a new enhancement to our service management capabilities. Starting today, you are now able to attach a change directly to an incident without going through a problem.

The attachment can be done either via the incident or via the change.

The attachment can be done in multiples - that is - more than one incident can be attached to a change and vice versa - more than one change to an incident.

Once attached, the incident or change can also be deleted.

This enhancement facilitates a better organization of the work and better modelling of the issues in your organization.
