I am trying to create a service request entry for a on boarding new hires. The IT people need to coordinate alongside office operations. I have created tasks and assigned them to groups but it seems as though only one task can be selected at a time and it seems very sequential and rigid.
As I'm sure you know, bringing a new person on board needs to be a quick and streamlined process so we need to have multiple people working on the logistics to getting them set up and a way to document that across our organization. Below is an example of the issue I am having. Am I missing something or any idea of a work around?
