Comments not sending to Outlook

I am having trouble with receiving comments to my Outlook account when creating and commenting on tickets through email. I can successfully create tickets by sending an email to the address configured but when I reply within samanage it doesn't send an email back to the user. This feature works as it should when I am communicating with a gmail account but doesn't seem to work with a company Outlook account. 

I have verified that requester notifications are turned on for new comments. Is there something I need to configure with my exchange server?
