We set up service catalog items for on-boarding and for the most part it works great. However, when a hiring manager creates a request - we cannot edit any of the fields in the request (even if they select the wrong thing)
One of our hiring managers logged this request on behalf of one of his managers -but his name is the reporting manager - it would not let him change it.
It would be helpful if one of the administrators of the system, could edit the request. The hiring manager needs to be changed to the
correct manager and the email groups are wrong, etc...
Is this at all possible? Does anyone else experience these types of issues?
