    Samange really needs a HISTORY feature, like in ManageEngine ServiceDesk.  A dropdown at the top showing you the last 10 items you visited, whether tickets, assets, etc.   Ten items is arbitrary.  A user-defined field can allow for 5 or 20, who knows.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Make the task of jumping back to earlier tickets 1000 times more efficient.
