Restricting certain fields for Service Requests

    I think it would be useful if we could restrict certain fields in a service catalog request so only certain users can see the field.

    For example HR service desk user can only see personal details of an employee in a request.

    I know we can restrict a whole service request to certain users but this would save duplicating requests.  

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This would allow us to put personal information into 1 service requests rather than have separate ones .
