Our Satisfaction Surveys are very important to us. We value both positive and negative feedback. However, a recent change has moved these comments down into the audit portion of the ticket making it much more difficult to find. I believe that these comments should be in the forefront of the record and easily identified. Please consider moving the satisfaction survey results back up under the resolution where they were before.
