Would like to have the Automation component keyword search only the subject of an incident/email. Currently it is searching the body of the email (and subject) and since the body usually has more information it conflicts with other automatons setup for keywords set for auto categorizing incidents. The subject filter will help more accurately categorize the tickets based on automation (given the user enters a descriptive subject).

Maybe a checkbox that will restrict the automation to only look at the subject and ignore the body of the email.
