I would like the ability to CC other people into a ticket from the View Ticket screen rather than having go into Edit Ticket. Often when an agent is adding a note, they realise that they want that note to go to an additional contact and they then have to stop what they are doing, edit the ticket, add the CC then type or paste the note again and then save it.
The addition of a 'Add CC' button to the existing screen would be ideal.

This would save time and effort having to go into the Edit Ticket screen every time you want to add a CC to a ticket.
