Be able to change department and site in service desk

    The ability when assigning a ticket to change the site and department fields.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    It will make the technicians not have to go in to the ticket then click edit just to change the details of the ticket. They are already presented in the service desk. Why not make them editable?
