Change Position and Format of Key Ticket Information

    Key information about a ticket seems bizarrely small and hard to spot. I'd expect the information such as "Assigned To" and "Priority" to be front-and-centre when viewing a ticket. Instead, it's size 12 text in a light colour that appears in a position where it can be mistaken for the footer/signature an email.

    Perhaps a minor issue, but still an issue.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
