    Ability to attach a solution to a service catalog.  Our need is to attach an internal how to doc for the technician that will be completing the request.  

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Technician trying to locate the solution for the task. Reduce some training time on service catalogs and how to handle each request. The solution could be an overview / explanation as well as how to.
