Currently as I understand it, even though Samanage is calculating business hours per day, the response time still shows it as it it were linear time (3 8-hour business days would be shown as 24 hours). While technically correct, it doesn't really illustrate that the ticket is 3 days old. Can there be something put in place to say 3 business days? If somebody looks at the elapsed time, they may figure out that the service time is business hours but I think that it should be more clear than that to the average user.
