It would be nice to be able to customize the reports available in the customer portal so that they display specific fields. In particular we are looking to display the source title in the My Service Tasks report in the portal. This give a quick glance to a user what incident the task is associated with so that they can open it up quickly or mark it complete when done with their work.

Users can see at a glance what incident a task is associated with by looking at the source title rather than having to know what incident id the task is associated with.
