Portal enhancement suggestion

    I think it would be handy (for communications) that we are able to insert RSS reports into a window on the portal.  For Example, The report I would show on the portal would be current ticket load.  It would communicate to the user what the current workload is within the IT department. 



    What problem will this feature solve?:
    One glance communications to requesters about anything a report can be constructed to contain.
