End User Ability To Schedule A Service Request

    It would be very beneficial for end users to have the ability to schedule a service request, in the same way that agents can do so in the Service Catalog tab.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This would be very helpful with requests such as scheduling email forwarding during a vacation, scheduling the disabling of user accounts for a future termination date, etc...
