List open incidents for a requestor on right side of incident form

    I am requesting a feature where, as the technician fills out an incident form, they input the requester's name it queries incidents that that requester has already in their name and shows, say, the 5 most current on the right side. That way, the technician can see if the requester has already called in with a similar incident recently and can address it at that moment, if needed.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Multiple requests by the same user calling in and speaking to different people.
