Please can you make it possible to add files to the resolution field, like you can to comments. Often our team need to send things to Requesters as an output of their ticket and it would save time by being able to do this at resolution.
I believe this links to these existing Feature Requests as the ability to keep the 'conversation' in the ticket would be required if the ticket was then re-opened and closed.

This will remove the need for Service Agents to have to send any files required in a comment and then reference them again in the resolution field. It would be simpler to just do it all in one step.
