Approval Reassigns Ticket

    Hey, we have a workflow in which we require an approval in order to proceed. Currently we have the person make a comment to trigger the automation that reassigns the ticket to my team and changes the status. However they keep messing it up, and they complained to us that they would really like to be able to just push a button. If the Approval could change the assignee, that would be really helpful.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Approval is limited in what it can do in a workflow.
