i am looking to the ability to allow the general support staff to set the incident page as their landing page. The majority of our general support staff have no interest in the dashboard, that is mainly used by the call center manager. I have 2 different support team each with their own account and i have received feed back from both concerning the annoyance of not being able to specify their landing page. They log in and immediately go to the incident page to begin work.
|What problem will this feature solve?:|
Not a problem just resolves a general complaint and makes things cleaner for the general support staff who have no interest in the dashboard. I feel we should at least have the option.
