Email Notification From Customer Satisfaction Surveys

    We would like to receive email notification when a customer responses with a dissatisfied in a survey. We would also like to receive notification if they have a comment. 

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Many times, our users reply with a comment informing us the problem isn't solved, or they have additional questions. Since we do not receive notification of these surveys, there are times these comments and questions go unanswered. This is especially troubling when they are dissatisfied, with our silence furthering their dissatisfaction.
