I feel that it would be incredibly useful especially for multiple departments sharing a singular Samanage system, the ability to have what would essential be like a "Super category" or more like a team category. This would be something along the lines of within the service desk > solutions having "IT" as a button that moves to a sub-page with multiple service catalog items contained within. Another "Marketing" or other team and the same idea for them.
This would allow many different teams in the same organisation to share a service desk system.

At current I have not been able to see a way in which I could set up a team based service catalog for workflows within each team.
