Technician Ticket Creation Notification

    When a ticket is created by a technician in the service desk app, the team isn't notified unless the tech unassigns the ticket from themself. So I'd either like tickets to be unassigned by default, or I'd like the infrastructure team notified when a team member creates a ticket.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This will let the team know if an incident has been created when there's an issue/outage, etc.
