Ticket Closure Team Notifications

    When a ticket is closed, I'd like the ticket notes emailed to the infrastructure team. Our old system did this, and it was great for knowledge sharing (and it was a good way to know if a ticket has been closed.)

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This improves knowledge sharing and lets the team know when an issue has been resolved.
