Default Incident Sorting By State

    When viewing incidents, tickets are sorted by ticket number by default. I haven't found a way to change the default sorting. I'd like to be able to sort by ticket state. It's frustrating to click the STATE heading every time the page refreshes, etc.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    It would make using the service desk more efficient.
