Average Time to Resolve Widget

    I would like to see an Average Time to Resolve Widget option for the dashboard.  It would also be very beneficial if the service monitor time could automatically be placed within the Track Time section.  This would make the Track Time Widget more useful.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Metrics to show which agents are resolving incidents quicker, and would be easier to see on a widget on the dashboard.
