Track Time needs to display at ticket creation

    1. Often times we create a ticket, resolve the problem in a one touch scenario.  I would like to be able to enter the time worked in the Track Time without having to save the ticket and reopen it. 
    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This will save time and make it easier for the technician to enter their time.
