Enable Email Customization configuration tool allow us leverage variables we've used in Service Request forms as email variables when drafting email templates. When multiple new hire requests comes out and several tasks are received each day, workflow task users are having to open every email to find out the new hire name in the ticket, when referring back to find more info or click every ticket and read the ticket info just to remind them of the name they aren't sure about. Since this is captured as a variable in the SR, it would be nice to call this variable in the subject line of every emailed workflow task. Yes, users can generally search their mailbox for an email that contains a name, this new feature would expand to support another way folks can search and manage their emailed tasks requests and reminders for lookup at anytime. This would allow folks to search their email quicker by subject line or other variable captured data (department, etc...).
