Prepopulating new ticket attachments

    If a user calls back to say he is still having the issue after his previous ticket was resolved,  we create new ticket (as per pic) above , it opens a new blank ticket , I want to know if we can get another button where it creates a ticket and  prepopulates field e.g the username,  telephone , location, title etc


    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This would save having to populate fields that we already have the information from the ticket you are linking too and hence save time for our Service Desk
