Alternate User Email for Notification

    We would like the ability to have an alternate email address for notifications. This could be set up as a new user field.

    Typical use case would be: send notification via an SMS message directly to the critical incident group.

    This would tie in nicely to the other request about handling for an on-call rotation.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Immediate notification of critical incidents, even outside of business hours.
