Global Filters for Incidents

    It'd be nice to have the ability to create global filters that all service techs can see and use but not edit.  Currently each person needs to go in and setup filters for incidents even if we're all using the same thing.

     

    Some examples would be Admin setting up:

       All Desktop Support, Open Desktop Support, All Application Support, Open Application Support

     

    These would be viewable filters for everyone on the team.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    It would stop some techs from wasting time setting up redundant filters that should be global for everyone anyways.
