Automations based on Incident Status

    Hello,

     

    We would find Automations much more empowered if they were to include the ability to perform an Automation based upon the state of the Incident as well.  It seems to be one of the options that is mysteriously missing.  The category and sub-category are even present, but state can be a determining factor on the Incidents.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This will allow us to create and utilize Automations based upon the selected state for a given Incident. My opinion is that it will make custom states and Automations more powerful.
