We have been fond of the ability to customize the emails for different events on Incidents and the like; however, this only seems to apply to those formats themselves. Say for instance I created an Automation based on the creation of an Incident for a group of users that don't want to be a part of the default assignee group. The email that the automation recipients receive will differ from the one that I receive - in that it will utilize only the defaults. To me, it would make sense that the New Incident email customization also applied to that automation.

This would allow the built-in Email Customization functionality to be applied to Automations as well.
