Our IT team has expressed that they are not fond of the wording on the current Service Level Management Widget. It currently reads that there is a, "Breach in 0 Incidents." While it does specify Incidents rather than something like a security breach, we feel it could be easily misunderstood by an outside entity or share holder at a glance if they happened to visit our portal. At this time the widget is visible for everyone by default and it has to be removed on a per user basis. My Director would like to keep the widget, but allow the possibility to customize the wording to remove the word Breach. Something like "SLA Violations" or potentially just remove "Breach in X" entirely.
