Please can you create the ability to make the fields of Priority and Site to be mandatory in the application side of SAManage. This option is already available on the portal, but I want to make by Service Desk Agents select a site and priority for every ticket.

This will prevent Service Desk Agents skipping (either intentionally or accidentally) these fields meaning that the reporting data becomes inaccurate. This would then need to be corrected in retrospect via the use of reporting and manual updates which is time consuming and preventable.
