Can you allow the role of Service Agent User to add Users and Sites. I do not want to give all my Customer Support staff full Administrator access to SAManage, but they will need the ability to create user accounts for external customers as and when they make contact with us. They will also need to add new sites (customers in our case as we are a MSP) when they come on board.

It will stop the bottleneck of having to rely on a few people with Administrator roles to create new users and sites, especially as we are a 24/7 global business.
