Allow automations to trigger off of custom fields in incidents

    Custom fields should be a criteria option within automations as the information in the custom field could indicate a specific place or person it should be routed to.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Allow routing of incidents automatically based upon extra information beyond generic keyword.
