Attach Workflows to Tickets

    There are some requests that come to us by email that we would like to give workflows to, like those requested through the Service Catalog. These are automated emails so we can't just make them do a Catalog request instead. We'd love if there was a simple way to attach those workflows to email tickets without losing information.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Can't have a workflow for a ticket not submitted through Service Catalog.
