It's efficient to change things like state, category or subcatory from the incident view, without going into the case. This saves a lot of time. But when changing the state of a case to "resolved", you won't get the chance to enter a description without going into the case.
It would save a lot of time if we could be able to enter a description from the incident front page when changing the state to "resolved".

It will save a lot of time. A lot of cases is automatically generated, and doesn't need other information than description and things managed from the incident front view.
