So the point in a Tag is supposed to be for the version of it as I was told, but this does not auto-update say when a program gets updated itself and is running a newer version. Where we have Visual Studio a few different versions, and we would like to have that Tag we made onto it for our contracts to carry over when a new update for the program comes out. It seems rather pointless to have the tag if it can't auto update for the newest version, and seems like to much network overhead to have someone go into update the tag on a new version every time one comes out for countless programs that we have licensed. I left a picture of one we did and then updates came out and now we will have to go back in and re-tag this one since it doesn't carry over.
