I have received multiple tickets from our end users using the portal that they cannot edit save filter options.
They have to set the filter options every time they sign into the Samanage Portal and it does not stay.
Also an option that would allow to show only open tickets and not all the tickets would be nice.
I was told that these are not currently features for the Samanage End User Portal and would be nice if they were added.
