On the End User Portal, please add the option "State is Not" option as a filtering option. This would allow the end user to add the filter "State is Not Closed" and possibly "State is Not Resolved" to see only their open incidents. Pictured is what they would have to do today and they'd have to list each State option we have and we have more than what is pictured.

End User wouldn't have to add 10-15 "State is" filters, instead adding 1 or 2 "State is Not" filters.
