Auto-Calculate the Due Date on Incidents

    A feature I would really like to see is whether Samanage can auto-calculate the due date based on the SLAs for the subcategory.  That way we can sort by due date when working tickets.  Please let us know how this can happen.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Organization of tasks and incidents. Allow technicians to prioritize based on when the ticket is due and sort by this.
