Allow Service Agents to resend approval emails

    Our Helpdesk team is setup as Service Agents, with that they are unable to re-send request emails to supervisors on older tickets. They have to have full admin privileges to get that option. Something we are unable to provide.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    When a supervisor forgets to approve requests our Helpdesk team cannot resent the email from the work flow. they have to have a admin user to do it.
