Add Timing to Tasks

    We are looking to have Catalog Items that have scheduled tasks within them to occur (re-occur) at certain times. Picture if you will:

    Catalog Time: After Hours Support Checklist

    Schedule: M, T, W, Th, F @ 1900 hours

    CATALOG TASKS

    1. Hand-off (triggers at 1905) | Complete hand-off between day team and after hours support team
    2. Hourly Check (triggers at 2000) | Check Samanage queues for NOC and After Hours Support, Update/Address tickets accordingly | Compete any pending Device addition or removal requests
    3. Hourly Check (triggers at 2100) | Check Samanage queues for NOC and After Hours Support, Update/Address tickets accordingly | Compete any pending Device addition or removal requests
    4. Hourly Check (triggers at 2200) | Check Samanage queues for NOC and After Hours Support, Update/Address tickets accordingly | Compete any pending Device addition or removal requests
    5. Hourly Check (triggers at 2300) | Check Samanage queues for NOC and After Hours Support, Update/Address tickets accordingly | Compete any pending Device addition or removal requests

    As is stands, we have to create 15 Catalog Items, and set them to go off every weekday at their listed trigger times.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This would allow more intelligent workflows that guide support requests, change management, release management, and the like.
