Currently; we have to edit an incident if we want to add additional email addresses (CC). Once edited we have to go back into the ticket and post the comment which will be sent out to everyone on the CC list. One issue is once posted I have no idea who was notified later if someone modifies the CC field.
I am requesting that the CC field be available to add additional email address, not just CC Me when you open the ticket. I am also requesting that the post contain information of who was emailed on that post so we can keep a history.

Will not have to edit each ticket to modify the CC fields and then open the ticket to post comments. Will keep a history of ALL communications per post.
