Under Incidents View, have the ability to filter and sort problems

We currently have the ability to select Problems as a field to view with the incident list. However, we do not have the ability to sort on that field OR to filter using that field. We need the ability to see incidents attached to problems (via filter) and those NOT attached to problems (via filter). We want to see multiple problems; so, the view for a specific problem will not suffice. We also exclude incidents based on problem attachments. Moreover, we need the ability to sort on that problem field. Finally, if we could expand the problem filter, it would be nice to be able to have a filter on the actual problem number. Thanks.
