Would like to generate the average age of all open tickets (all states that are not resolved or closed).

This feature will help us continue driving down our oldest tickets. We provide a weekly KPI dashboard to the business and I would like to start reporting on the average age of all tickets. The goal would be that this number would drop week over week. Once well established, we can create an overall ticket age goal and grade performance against it.
