Exclude Customer Satisfaction survey for Alert tickets

    HI Team,


    Currently, we have the customer satisfaction survey automated on after certain days. However, we are using system alerts to create tickets and customer satisfaction survey's are send to the system generated email also. How can we avoid this?

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Limit customer satisfaction survey to actual mailbox.
